Terms and Conditions

  • Payments made are non-refundable in any case.
  • User / Member with driving licence less than 12 months are not allowed to book our services.
  • Two wheeler with original RC is mandatory along with a blank cheque, which are returned on successful completion of the trip with no dues for the trip.
  • Vehicle shall be driven by valid licence holder only. If found to be driven by the non-license holder all the chalanas & legal expenses shall be borne by the user/member who booked the vehicle with us.
  • User/member shall guarantee a safe & authorised parking place to avoid damages to the car.
  • The selection of vehicle is the choice of the user, provided with the availability.
  • Change of vehicle depends on availability of the desired vehicle due to limitation in vehicles.
  • User / Member are advised to wear seatbelt while driving for better safety & follow all traffic rules.
  • User / Member are advised not to carry any valuables in the car, check everything thoroughly before returning the vehicle to us. We are no way responsible for your lost belongings.
  • User / Member are handed over the vehicle with through inspection & a test drive. Please pay attention during the inspection & test drive to avoid miscommunication later.
  • Consumption of Alcohol, Pan Masala & smoking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Failed to adhere shall attract a fine of Rs.5000.
  • Vehicle availed should not be used for any illegal practises, abide by all rules set by the law of land.
  • If the vehicle get caught by the Police or any other government, non-government, Individual etc. for violating any law of land, it is user/member responsibility to return the vehicle in same condition as taken from us while bearing all the rental & damage expenses on their own.
  • No insurance support shall be provided to the user/ member for damages at any cost.
  • User /Member agreed to bear all the damage expenses on their own along with the daily rental for period under repair for all the damages caused to the vehicle during their trip.
  • Never get vehicle repaired by yourself / by mechanics without the management approval. Penalty is levied if found doing. Minimum Penalty amount is Rs. 10,000 & might differ from case to case.
  • If spare tyre is used for any reason, user/member shall get the tyre repaired  & return the vehicle as it was taken. If failed user/member is supposed to bear the charges to get it done. 
  • If accessories or spares are missing while returning the car, user/member shall be billed at actual. 
  • If car gets damaged during the trip of the user/member an estimate from an authorized service centre shall only be valid to retain the engine warranty as most of our cars are almost brand new.
  • In case if any accidents due to rash/ negligent driving of the user/member or unexpected damages, all the expenses to the 3rd party vehicle and other damages has to be borne by the user/member.
  • If the vehicle broke down & cannot be repaired on the spot, it has to be towed to our place or nearest Authorized service  centre  with towing and other damage charges borne by the user/member.
  • We or our associates reserve all the rights to recover the vehicle and approach the references without giving any information to the user/member to recover overdue charges if the user/member become non-responsive, suspicious. Charges incurred to recover the vehicle & overdue shall also be borne by the user/member.
  • User / member authorise the management to sell user/member two/ four wheeler & present the cheques to recover the over dues of  trip or damages due for more than 30 days.
  • If car is booked for more than 2 days, user/member has to share the live location & images of the vehicle as on when needed by the management.
  • Toll, Parking, Traffic or any other chalanas are borne by the user / member for their trips.
  • Extra hours after the booking time attracts Rs.300/hr up to 6 hours. 6+ hours is calculated as next day.
  • Extra kilometres are charged at Rs. 10/km. No refunds on extra fuel & fast tag recharges please.
  • User/member agrees to get the verification done by us or our associate’s pre & post trip in person if needed. Mandatory to stay in touch with the management for better support during & after your trip.
  • The booking get auto cancelled if failed to pick-up the vehicle for 4 hours or more from the pick-up time selected for any reason and no refunds are applicable.
  • The booking get auto cancelled if the documents submitted online found to be unverified, doesn’t match with the documents submitted during vehicle pickup with zero refunds at any cost.
  • Signing up for our services is the token of acceptance to all our terms & conditions which may change from time to time without any prior notice.
